Dealer participation terms for LocalParts™ infrastructure and lead routing services.

These terms govern the use of LocalParts™ inventory indexing, visibility, and demand routing services for participating dealerships and rooftops.

1. Service Provision

LocalParts™ provides inventory indexing and lead routing infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes but agree to provide visibility for the inventory data provided by the Dealer.

2. Data Ownership

The Dealer retains full ownership of their inventory data. By connecting to LocalParts™, the Dealer grants a limited, non-exclusive license to process, index, and display this data for the purpose of generating consumer and wholesale demand.

3. Fees & Billing

  • Infrastructure Fee: $199 per month per rooftop, payable in advance.
  • Demand Capture Fee: 5% of the attributed value of leads successfully routed to the Dealer’s CRM.

4. Liability

LocalParts™ is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for inaccuracies in inventory data provided by the Dealer’s Dealer Management System, nor are we responsible for connectivity interruptions caused by the Dealer’s internal systems.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
