Now Hiring Field Representatives

Help dealerships get ahead of the next visibility shift in automotive parts.

LocalParts™ is looking for dealership veterans, automotive professionals, fixed operations people, military veterans, and relationship builders who can help dealers understand a simple problem: their parts inventory exists, but most of it cannot be found, understood, or acted on by modern discovery systems.

This is early. That is the opportunity.

Most dealerships already have parts inventory sitting inside their systems. The problem is not that the inventory does not exist. The problem is that the outside world often cannot see it, understand it, or route demand toward it.

LocalParts™ is being built around that gap. We help dealerships move toward a future where parts, accessories, and related inventory are easier to discover, easier to interpret, and easier to connect to real demand.

Field representatives help open the door. You are not selling a gimmick. You are introducing dealers to a visibility problem that is becoming harder to ignore.

Why this should matter to dealers

Inventory is hidden

Many dealers have valuable parts inventory, but customers, repair shops, and modern discovery systems cannot easily find it.

Discovery is changing

People are moving from searching through endless options to asking systems for answers and recommendations.

Timing matters

Dealers who understand this early have a chance to build visibility before their competitors even know the shift happened.

Who this role is for

Dealership Veterans

Former parts, service, sales, fixed operations, or management professionals who understand how rooftops operate.

Relationship Builders

People who can open conversations, build trust, follow up, and move opportunities forward professionally.

Independent Operators

People who can stay organized, build local momentum, and take ownership without needing a corporate script.

Military Veterans

We believe many of the skills developed through military service translate extremely well into early-stage growth environments.

Mission Mindset

Success here comes from working toward a clear objective, staying organized, and moving opportunities forward with discipline.

Territory Ownership

Representatives operate with a high level of trust and ownership. You manage relationships, identify opportunity, and help build local momentum.

Built for Transition

Whether recently transitioned or years removed from service, this role can fit people looking to apply leadership, communication, and relationship skills in a flexible environment.

Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Automotive experience is helpful but not required. If you know how to communicate, build trust, execute, and represent something professionally, we want to talk.

What you’ll do

Start real dealer conversations Introduce LocalParts™ to parts managers, service directors, general managers, dealer principals, and fixed operations leaders.
Explain the visibility gap Help dealers understand that having inventory is not the same as having inventory that can be discovered, interpreted, and recommended.
Identify interested rooftops Find dealers who understand the issue, want to learn more, or are ready to explore activation.
Help move activation forward Support the first steps by helping collect required information and keeping the opportunity organized.

Why this can be a strong opportunity

Dealers understand missed opportunity

Parts departments know inventory gets buried. They know customers call around. They know shops waste time locating parts. LocalParts™ gives you a timely reason to start that conversation.

The market is still early

This is not a crowded, mature pitch where every dealer has heard the same thing for ten years. Inventory visibility is becoming a new conversation, and early reps can help define it.

You do not need to be technical

The job is not to explain complex infrastructure. The job is to create curiosity, identify fit, and get the right dealership people into the next step.

Relationships matter

If you know how to earn trust, ask good questions, and follow through, you can create value in this role.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed to reward action and verified progress.

$75

Paid same day once a qualified dealer introduction is completed and accepted.

$75

Paid after required files and onboarding materials are received and confirmed workable.

$100

Paid after 30 days of successful participation and verification.

Total Potential Earnings: $250 per completed activation
Representatives are responsible for creating conversations, identifying interested dealers, helping move opportunities forward, and ensuring submissions are complete and usable.

What makes someone a good fit

Credibility You can speak with people clearly and professionally, even if you are new to automotive.
Clear communication You can explain the problem simply: inventory exists, demand exists, but visibility is broken.
Professional follow-through You can manage conversations, confirm next steps, and represent the brand with trust.
Comfort with early-stage growth This is not a polished corporate machine. It is a real opportunity being built in real time.
